We were woking to fix a damage at our shelter when we heard a dog crying. As we searched around we saw a man beating something. He stopped when seeing us approaching, and there was a little puppy running away with a broken leg. Wo failed to catch him. We heard it again when we were taking a break so we ran to search around and saw a few other neighbours hitting the same puppy with a mosquito-killer electric racket. His mouth bleed when we finally saved him and brought him into our shelter whilst his serious trauma made him looks terrified every time he saw someone.
