River

River was seen on a dry area of a river stream by a student whom school was located right above it. The area was safe when it was dry, people were used to use it to fish. But the story would quickly change when rain falls. When we got there, we found it a bit strange that she could not hike the high wall on both sides of the river as there were decent stairways. Only after observing a while we realized that she was blind. We evacuated her right away as in rainy season, weather can change quickly. After a medical examination in a vet clinic, River joined our shelter.
