Popo is one of the most tragic examples of what irresponsible pet owners can do. Abandoned to starve on the street, Popo remained at the neighborhood where his owner lived. So it is quite obvious that his owner saw how Popo got into his miserable condition. When other residents of the neighborhood notified us, Popo was terribly weak and in severe malnutrition. He also had a broken abscess on his chest.
