Lotus was found laying on a street side in quite a dense neighborhood in downtown Denpasar. Can’t really say that nobody cared, because at last someone brought him to a dog lovers forum and caught our attention. But it seems that it is still valid to say that nobody cared, because when we found him and took him to a vet clinic, he has already been in severe lack of nutrition, dehydration, and the wound has spread from head to neck, even part of his shoulder.
