Neighbor found this puppy trapped in a vacant property, a fenced and gated land on which a residential building has just been demolished. As the house was no longer there, there was no proper place to hide from rain, which was quite harsh in December in Bali. No one could contact the owner to get their permission, so we had to jump over the gate to save him only upon approval of the neighbors.
